Buy from a reliable online store
The one bad thing about buying from online stores is that just like newegg.com they have a 5 dead pixel rule. You know I would be very disappointed with 1 - 2 dead pixels let alone 4. Just food for thought. I bought a Toshiba A205 - S5804 from Best buy for $449 and upgraded the 1gig of 667mhz ram to 800mhz 2x1gig sticks. also upgraded the 120gig hard drive 5400rpm to a 200gig 7200rpm. Still came out way cheaper than buying those parts already installed or even having a dummy install them for me. You cannot buy that model Toshiba Laptop from Toshiba. I think it is a special build just for best buy. Keep an eye out for it if you are in the running for a great cheaper laptop
Make sure you buy them from a local supplier. Usually there are lots of international scams. You can, however, shop from bigger retailers that ship internationally such as newegg.com, bestbuy.com and other major retailers
